My Yoga Journey began in 2008 and I’ve been practicing yoga ever since. My passion for yoga and the amazing benefits it has brought to my life is the reason I decided to begin my teacher training. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2015.
After years of practicing yoga for the physical benefits, yoga became an emotional and mental practice that helped me overcome challenges on and off the mat. My inspiration to teach yoga comes from the desire to help others find their own happier and healthier self.
Through my practice of hot yoga, I realized that it benefits other activities that I do. I love to play golf, (especially with my two sons), I enjoy hiking, hitting the gym, and I absolutely love hanging at the beach.
I believe one great aspect of yoga is that it motivates one’s self to focus on their body, mind and soul. Through my yoga journey, I’ve found Strength, Balance, Clarity and Awareness.
When we slow down and breathe our minds and body will follow.
